摘要: Modulation of Ras function may provide a novel means by which cancer cells with oncogenic mutations can be sensitized to chemotherapeutic or radiotherapeutic regimens. Moreover, without ras oncogene also eliminated compounds that interfere the mevalonate pathway, is more fundamental mitogenesis because it allows synthesis sterol and nonsterol lipids many Ras-related proteins nuclear lamins would not prenylated functional.
