摘要: A novel set of SNPs was derived from transcriptome data ten Norway spruce (Picea abies) trees the Bavarian Forest National Park in Germany (BaFoNP). were identified by mapping against a de-novo assembly and pre-mRNAs predicted genes reference genome assembly. This resulted 111,849 366,577 SNPs, respectively. Out these, 311 either randomly selected or chosen because their pronounced divergence between sampling sites genotyped 218 with an Illumina Infinium HD iSelect BeadChip.
