摘要: The objective of this study was to compare the effectiveness baclofen versus tizanidine as adjuvant treatment botulinum toxin type A in management children with spasticity. Thirty gastrocnemius spasticity were retrospectively reviewed at Gaziantep University Hospital, Gaziantep, Turkey. All patients treated localized injections and or for followed 2- 4-week intervals evaluated a total 12 weeks; 17 (57%) received 13 (43%) tizanidine. mean score Gross Motor Functional Measurement (76.63 +/- 5.88 vs 68.17 1.99; P < .001) caregiver questionnaire scores (70.23 4.76 66.59 3.53; = .03) group significantly higher compared group. This suggests that combination oral is more effective fewer side effects than spastic cerebral palsy.
