摘要: Cytochrome P450 enzymes are a super family of haem-containing mono-oxygenases which found in all kingdoms life. They show extraordinary diversity their reaction chemistry and involved the biotransformation plethora both exogenous endogenous compounds. There has been variety approaches for immobilisation these biological redox systems direct electrochemistry proteins can go towards providing biomimetic environments fundamental studies together with basis designing devices without need electron transfer mediators. The incorporation into mesoporous films or onto various electrode surfaces generated interest due to possibility exchange between active sites host electrode. Here, two different protein were investigated. water soluble P450cam Cyp101, from soil dwelling bacteria Pseudomonas Putida Cyp6g1, microsomal form fruit fly Drosophila Melanogaster. In this work, firstly Cyp101 expressed purified microbial culture starting material. steps purification process freed confining matrix followed by separation non-protein parts mixture. latter system enzyme is already embedded unit, thus more likely mimic biologically environment. utilisation methoxy-resorufin ether (MRES) described as an electrochemical probe investigating activity protein. This substrate also exhibits fluorescent properties provided dual detection activity. work then went on investigate absorption reactivity porous nanoparticulateTiO2 film electrodes edge plane graphite
