摘要: Aims:  Validation of stereology and three-dimensional reconstruction for monitoring the probiotic effect Aeromonas hydrophila on gut development germ-free Artemia franciscana nauplii. Methods Results:  Germ-free nauplii were cultured using Baker’s yeast dead Aer. hydrophila. Live Aer. hydrophila added first day to treatment group. The length volume monitored days two four reconstruction. Both methods showed comparable results. Stereology was least labour intensive estimate volumes, while reconstructions rendered architectural topographical data gut. Moreover, a positive bacterium, is likely. Conclusion:  Slight increment in growth digestive tract A. franciscana exerted by bacteria could be detected reconstruction. Significance Impact Study:  gnotobiotic rearing system unique investigate effects micro-organisms nauplii. However, base this model system, only survival counts measurements exist as tools. Therefore, additional tools such are prerequisite obtain more powerful analysis.
