摘要: In this paper, the design method of an ultra-wideband, surface-mountable frequency doubler is presented. At input and output paths doubler, two ultra-wideband baluns are utilized: microstrip-to-parallel stripline microstrip-to-CPS baluns. Also, a microstrip-to-CPW transition with vias used for transition. The implemented two-layered, packaged provides typical 12 dB conversion loss frequencies from 4 to 20 GHz high odd-order harmonic rejection.
