摘要: Abstract Non-invasive quantitative measurements are useful for clinical study as these simple and pain-free procedures. A new non-invasive semi-automatic measurement method, the improved brain uptake ratio (IBUR) method using 99m Tc-ECD SPECT, has recently been reported. If an automatic ROI setting algorithm could be developed to determine input function IBUR analysis of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) can completed within a few min without recourse complex techniques, through fully rCBF program. The purpose this was develop determination program quantification confirm feasibility use images 15 consecutive patients who underwent both chest RI angiography SPECT examinations were used development arterial 69 validation coincidence between manual 98%. mean difference in location ±6.4 mm X direction ±8.6 mm Y direction. Individual values obtained independent techniques also reasonably well correlated ( r  = 0.95). total time is 2–3 min compared 20–30 min current method. This technique improves throughput nuclear medical examinations.
