摘要: Molecular markers are used widely to discriminate between closely related species of parasites, and in many cases a single locus is for this purpose. This article aims show how molecular data derived from genetic marker or linkage group - case mitochondrial DNA can lead ambiguous conclusions illustrate multilocus approach has enhanced our understanding the epidemiology two nematodes Ascaris suum, which infects pigs, lumbicoides, humans.
