摘要: Abstract Photoluminescence and thermoluminescence properties of KCaSO 4 Cl doped with dysprosium cerium have been studied. Dy/Ce phosphors were synthesized by the acid distillation method. The samples characterized XRD, SEM, PL TL for structural, morphological luminescence studies. SEM image analysis phosphor shows nearly spherical particles diameter varying between 3–10 μm. In present host Dy 3+ emission at 482 573 nm is observed due to F 9/2 → 6 H 15/2 13/2 transition, respectively, whereas spectra Cl:Ce two bands 307 nm 326 nm are attributed allowed inter configurational transitions from 5d-level 2 5/2 7/2 levels Ce ion. Effect annealing on structure glow curve investigated Cl:Dy phosphors. Thermoluminescence linearity has studied 0.1–9000 Gy dose gamma rays. Linear behavior over a large range 0.1 Gy 170 Gy was found. addition this trap parameters using computerized deconvolution.
