摘要: A composite is produced by infiltrating the open pores of a polycrystalline silicon nitride body with member selected from group consisting barium fluoride, calcium magnesium strontium cerium dysprosium gadolinium lanthanum samarium yttrium and mixture said fluoride metal oxide.
