Continuous wave diode pumped Cr2+:ZnSe and high power laser operation

摘要: Direct continuous wave diode-pumping of Cr:ZnSe single crystals was realized. An output power 15.4 mW and a slope efficiency 14.2% were demonstrated. Efficient laser operation Cr2+:ZnSe also obtained with an 1.4 W under Tm:YAG pumping. In Q-switch pumped oscillation up to wavelength 3040 nm achieved.
