摘要: Patients with osteoporosis requiring orthopedic procedures have more adverse outcomes. We present a case of 72 years old severely osteoporotic female one-year-old neglected fracture neck femur. She also had an intramedullary nail in situ done for lower end ipsilateral femur 20 back. At the time presentation was penetrating anterior femoral cortex. The fixed preemptively distal locking plate followed by cemented total hip arthroplasty. discuss surgical principles along tips and pearls adopted this case.
