摘要: Abstract The paper report the oral traditional knowledge of wild medicinal plants usage by indigenous ethnic tribal community from Peren district Nagaland, India in Indo-Burma Hotspot. pioneer study was based on semi-structured interview locals (N = 240) 12 villages District during 2014 ‐ 2018. In total, 179 ethnomedicinal 140 genera and 72 families were documented identified. used for treatment 96 different ailments grouped into 18 categories. also showed high versatile nature with 85 species reported to treat five / eleven ailments, respectively. ethnobotanical information obtained field documentation will contribute development potential drugs future diverse region towards preservation tradition that is disappearing.
