摘要: Thermoelectric Cooler (TEC) is a semiconductor based device that has ability to separate cold and hot temperatures once the rated voltage applied. In this study, TECs are used as Generator (TEG). For aim an experimental setup built. By help of electricity generation performances TEC tested under various temperature conditions. The includes two water tanks, loads, modules, computer interface data acquisition system. Temperature difference required for electrical module provided by filling tanks with at different temperatures. A system designed specific setup. First introduced then results presented discussed.
