摘要: In order to evaluate the research developed around ecophysiology and food potential of amaranth seeds, a process technological surveillance was done through life cycle bibliographic production, obtained from documents published in database, studied. Scopus, S-curves relation aimed at primary interaction with climatic conditions their agro-industrial potential. The information analyzed using Sigmaplot statistical package, execution 13 models together application parameters such as adjusted R2 time (t), significance (P) independence Durbin Watson, allowed calculating inflection point.
