摘要: Stress is related to symptom severity among youth at clinical high-risk (CHR) for psychosis, although this relation may be influenced by protective factors. We explored whether the association of CHR diagnosis with social stress moderated quality parent-child relationships in a sample 96 (36 CHR; 60 help-seeking controls) adolescents and young adults receiving mental health services. examined self-reported as measured Behavior Assessment System Children, Second Edition (BASC-2), determined status from clinician-administered Structured Interview Psychosis-Risk Syndrome (SIPS). The subscale, part domain BASC-2, assesses feelings tension personal relations parents adaptive perceptions importance family relationship. There was modest direct between risk stress. Among those CHR, however, there significant (b=-0.73, t[92]=-3.77, p<0.001, f(2)=0.15) that not observed non-CHR individuals, suggesting positive relationship factor against psychosis. Findings provide additional evidence suggest interventions simultaneously target both might relevant
