摘要: Abstract There is inconsistent evidence for increased stress exposure among individuals at clinical high risk (CHR) psychosis. Yet similar to patients with a diagnosed psychotic illness, the preponderance of suggests that CHR tend experience stressful life events (LE) and daily hassles (DH) as more subjectively than healthy individuals. The present study utilizes data from North American Prodrome Longitudinal Study Phase 2 (NAPLS-2) test hypotheses (1) manifest higher self-reported in response both LE DH when compared controls (HC), (2) group differences increase age, (3) baseline associated follow-up status, (4) there sensitization effect on DH. In contrast some previous research, findings indicate ( N  = 314) reported HC  = 162). As predicted, participants rated stressful, those who progressed psychosis greater frequency whose prodromal symptoms remitted. was also stress-sensitization; experienced current stressful. results “prodromal” phase period heightened sensitivity, elevated cumulative lifetime may reactions stressors.
