摘要: Background and Objectives Our objective was to evaluate the efficacy of paravertebral block for inguinal herniorrhaphy by comparison with well-established field block. Methods Thirty patients undergoing were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (n = 15) received ipsilateral nerve roots T12, L1, L2. B Each evaluated in terms degree patient discomfort associated surgical manipulations, requirement supplemental anesthetic, performance, overall satisfaction.
