摘要: In this study, a queuing-theory-based interval-fuzzy robust two-stage programming (QB-IRTP) model is developed through introducing queuing theory into an (IRTP) optimization framework. The QB-IRTP can not only address highly uncertain information for the lower and upper bounds of interval parameters but also be used analysing variety policy scenarios that are associated with different levels economic penalties when promised targets violated. Moreover, it reflect uncertainties in problems. method has been applied to case long-term municipal solid waste (MSW) management planning. Interval solutions waste-generation rates, waiting costs arriving rates have obtained. They generating decision alternatives thus help managers identify desired MSW policies under various objectives system reliability constraints.
