摘要: IGBT is a high-power device used in the field of power electronics. Its internal temperature rise will lead to module failure, which seriously affect safe operation high-voltage converter systems. At present, mature methods failure detection are limited indirect analysis through current and voltage, less real-time measurement distribution thermal conduction state. In this paper, fiber grating sensing system introduced silica-gel layer inside IGBT. We design build sensor for monitoring state silica-gel, it monitored online incubator, laboratory operating conditions. The has been running Xiamen Ludao ±320kV flexible DC station demonstration project five months. results show that strong stability fast response time, data acquisition can be synchronized with changing. It provides reliable basis timely alarming fault detection.
