摘要: ABSTRACT Ecklonia cava (EC) is a member of the family Laminariaceae, and it an edible marine brown alga with various bioactivities. Five phlorotannin derivatives from methanol extract Ecklonia were isolated described as fucodiphloroethol G (1) phenylether bridges (phlorethol), dieckol (2), 1-(3′,5′-dihydroxyphenoxy)-7-(2″,4″,6″-trihydroxyphenoxy)-2,4,9-trihydroxy-dibenzo-1,4-dioxin (3), eckol (4), phlorofucofurofuroeckol A (5) biaryl linkages (fucophlorethols), their structures identified mainly by means nuclear magnetic resonance spectral analysis. Compound 1 was obtained characterized for first time this genus, all proton resonances phenolic hydroxyl groups assigned completely well, in addition, related bioactivity reports are not found anywhere so far. In publication, cytotoxic action future directions these pholorotannins evaluated using four cultured human tumor cell lines (HeLa, HT1080, A549 HT-29) one normal line (MRC-5), suggested explanation structure–activity relationship. PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS The main bioactive components algae polyphenol unique chemical structures, namely phlorotannins. To date, number bioactivities have been explored crude extracts containing phlorotannins and/or single alga-Ecklonia such anti-HIV, antioxidant, antiallergy, anti-plasmin, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, antiproliferative anticancer activities. This report focuses on activities pholorotannins, relationship. The results indicate that phlorotaninns possess activity at certain concentrations. Meanwhile, provides experimental evidence further exploration compounds.
