摘要: INTRODUCTION Multiple primary malignancies can arise in the large bowel as simultaneous, synchronous and/or metachronous. All tumors must be distant from each other to considered primitive, none have result of metastasis tumors. CASE REPORT We present a case 71 years old woman who was admitted our hospital for 3-year history not well defined abdominal pain and hematochezia. The patient had no family cancer. Colonoscopy revealed 4 simultaneous located at 20 cm ileocecal valve 23,2 19 anal verge. At CT scan there were metastases, neither lymphonode node involvement. A quadruple adenocarcinoma colon confirmed by pathologist. Patient operated on total colectomy with ileo-rectal anastomosis. DISCUSSION Two or three been already described literature about 1,8-14% cases, but presence four cancers, case, is very interesting unusual without an FAP familiar CONCLUSION Comprehensive preoperative study, extensive intraoperative exploration, radical resection improve surgical results survival rate, remaining unquestioned cause.
