摘要: 2′,4′-Dihydroxy-6′-methoxy-3′,5′-dimethylchalcone (DMC), a bioactive flavonoid isolated from Cleistocalyx operculatus (Roxb.) Merr and Perry (Myrtaceae) exhibits significant anti-cancer effects has received great attention recently. In this work, new endophytic DMCproducing fungus, Ceriporia lacerata DMC1106, was the bud of C. operculatus. Its identity confirmed based on rDNA ITS sequences (ITS1 ITS2 regions intervening 5.8S region) phylogenetic analysis. Furthermore, statistical screening designs were applied to identify medium variables for DMC production find their optimal levels. The difference between optimized original suggested that L-phenylalanine, magnesium ion oxalic acid might be attributed enhancement production. Compared with initial medium, increased 6-fold in optimum medium. These results demonstrated fungus DMC1106 potential applications
