摘要: A procedure was developed for acylation of phosphoryl- and thiophosphorylacetonitriles under phase transfer catalysis conditions. The reaction in the solid KOH/MeCN system affordedC-acylation products high yields. In individual state aprotic solvents, these exist enol form (Z isomers) stabilizedvia a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond. hydroxyl-containing media bipolar compounds as mixture two geometric isomers (E andZ) corresponding enols. this case, theZ isomer exists forms, namely, cyclic with an bond open stabilized by intermolecular bonds solvent. results X-ray diffraction analysis both forms ofZ containing phosphoryl thiophosphoryl groups are discussed.
