摘要: Nacre is able to induce bone-forming cells mineralization, and gains widely interest in bone regeneration. While, the osteoinductive compounds are not yet identified. ESM (Ethanol Soluble Matrix), a nacre extract from powder of Pinctada margaritifera pearl oyster shell, has been firstly proven having capacity mineralization restore defect vitro. It suitable treat as source compounds. Herein, we develop new method for separating purifying extracts by an ionic approach. At first, cationic (ESMc) anionic (ESMa) were achieved with ion-exchange resin. Then, was separated collected on cation exchange HPLC. Scanning Electron Microscopy coupled Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometry (EDS) used reveal concentrated elements fractions. A cell models test Alizarin Red staining performed quantified evaluate level. ESMc 2 HPLC fractions stimulated both cells. EDS demonstrated abundant presence calcium chloride osteogenic To validate, pure CaCl2 tested effect cells, but less stable than ESM. The nodules induced differed In conclusion, developed By which, cationic, play role inducing mineralization.
