摘要: The avian retina has been used as a model to study signaling by different neuro- and gliotransmitters. It is unclear how dopaminergic cannabinoid systems are related in the retina. Here we studied expression of type 1 2 receptors (CB1 CB2), well monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL), enzyme that degrades 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), during development. Our data show CB1 receptor highly expressed from embryonic day 5 (E5) until post hatched 7 (PE7), decreasing its levels throughout densely found ganglion cell layer (GCL) inner plexiform (IPL). CB2 was also E5 PE7 with decrease contents E9 afterwards. mainly present lamination IPL at PE7. MAGL all retinal layers, OPL were both neurons glia cells, but only Muller glia. Older retinas (PE7) positive cells INL co-expression tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) shown few when mature. co-localized TH heavily associated D1 labeling primary cultures. Finally, cyclic AMP (cAMP) activated selective agonist SKF38393, inhibited cultures treated WIN55, 212-2 (WIN) dependent manner. results suggest correlation between endocannabinoid (DSs) Activation limits cAMP accumulation via activation may influence embryological parameters differentiation.
