摘要: This work describes a symmetrical power supplied (±1.8 V) 0.5 μm CMOS implementation of bio-amplifier designed for use in digital acquisition systems. The whole system under fabrication will still contain 3rd order switched capacitor anti-alias eliptic filter, sample and hold, an ADC SPI interface. In this paper though the focus is over analog circuitry responsable amplifing bio-signals. achievable gains are controlled through technique can achieve 70 dB with 2.5 μVRMS input referred noise within 1.5 kHz bandwith. circuit dissipates 33.2 μW 0.192 mm2.
