摘要: Growth hormone releasing factor-like immunoreactivity (GHRF-LI) and GHRF mRNA levels were evaluated in the hypothalamus of aged (24 months) young (3 rats by semiquantitative immunocytochemistry slot blot hybridization technique, respectively. Simultaneous detection reduced GHRF-LI as compared to counterparts demonstrates existence an impaired function GHRF-producing neurons.
