摘要: Abstract Objective To demonstrate the needle positioning during three types of slings in relation to anatomical structures fresh cadavers and evaluate if this is influenced by body mass index (BMI). Methods TVTr sling (retropubic), TVT-O (transobturator) mini-sling (TVT-Secur™) were performed ten cadavers, followed dissection pudendal (genital) area (external evaluation) abdominal cavity (internal evaluation). The distance between devices used each technique specific (vessels bowel) was measured. Results mean needles closest segment bowel 5.0 ± 1.1 cm. iliac vessels 8.55 ± 1.59 cm, inversely proportional BMI. However, both correlations not significantly ( p Conclusion Our data suggested that BMI may be an important factor for influencing relationship different cadavers.
