摘要: Quantitative and qualitative electron microscopic studies were performed on the leukemic cells of 3 patients with stem cell leukemia, 6 acute lymphoblastic 7 monoblastic myeloblastic leukemia monomyeloblastic leukemia. Significant quantitative differences noted between some in heterochromatin:euchromatin ratios, size, granules per cell, amount endoplasmic reticulum number polyribosomes. Qualitative abnormalities which found all groups observed. These included nuclear pockets, deep indentations (usually not cell), nucleosomes, dilated perinuclear spaces, centrioles located pockets (not or lymphoblast), accumulation microfibrils (greatest monoblast myeloblast), disrupted mitochondria virus-like particles (none cells), smaller mitochondrial DNA, glycogen, myelin whorls. The presence resulting clear areas is probably related to deranged carbohydrate metabolism these cells. within may be extremely important, but requires much more investigation. Some above findings offer clues further investigation cell.
