摘要: Angiogenesis plays an important role in growth and proliferation of cancer. Various angiogenic angiostatic factors regulate angiogenesis. In this study, we examined gene expression the angiopoietin family including 1 (Ang1) 2 (Ang2) 39 gliomas 5 glioma-xenografts by RT-PCR. Ang1 Ang2 genes were expressed 54%, 77% gliomas, respectively. The was significantly correlated with Ang2. Both shown to be glioma cells. VEGF expression. Angiopoietin molecules may synergistically cooperate vascularization glioma.
