摘要: Summary: Angiogenesis is essential for tumor growth and relies on the production of angiogenic factors. By comparative analysis using RT-PCR method factors: VEGF, bFGF, PDGF-A, angiogenin1 IL-8 we established level expression these genes necessary angiogenesis in glioma neuroblastoma cell lines. Our analyses were also extended to CD44 gene, which plays an important role cascade metastasis progression brain tumors. Significant differences gene factors between two lines observed throughout this study can be used as a prognostic marker predicting clinical outcome human tumors at time initial staging.
