摘要: The aim of our study was to develop and characterize solid brain tumors in Wistar rats, which could be used investigations concerning the molecular mechanisms that lay beneath genesis gliomas as well testing curative potentials various therapeutics. were induced by intracerebral inoculation 9L glioma cells characterized morphometrical, histological immunohistochemical analysis after 7, 14 21 postimplantation days. Immunohistochemical characterization included detection nuclear antigene Ki-67 proliferative cell marker, GFAP a tracer reactive gliosis surrounding tumor mass, CD4/CD8 ED1 antigens, markers immunological response. Our results showed 7 days all experimental animals developed solid, well-circumcised tumors, clearly separated from tissue. Tumors progressive growth 7th 21st day despite observed response starting Histologically hypercellular with neovascularization necrosis. These indicate reproducible morphometric evaluation can performed on growing immunocompetent enabling its use an animal model for therapeutic approaches.
