摘要: A sensitive, selective and reproducible HPLC method for determination of tiazofurin in rat brain was developed validated. The allowed quantification nanomolar concentrations its regions (hippocampus, cortex striatum) treated animals. Separation from other peaks tissue achieved by isocratic elution on reverse phase chromatographic column. mobile consisted 0.05 M sodium acetate pH 4.6. Run time 15 min.
