摘要: We present morphological data of the early stage tumor invasion in central nervous system. C6 rat glioma cells were injected into caudate-putamen brain using glass micropipettes to minimize traumatic reactions. Four days after inoculation, we examined tumor-brain interface light and electron microscopy. Ultrastructurally processes attached perivascular basement membrane instead astroglial end-feet. At periphery, vessel walls contact with both Astrocytes withdrew their from vascular changed a reactive phenotype, while neuronal remained virtually intact, even when surrounded by cells. Immunohistochemical study labeled bromodeoxyuridine showed migration toward space that was distant site injection. These observations represent earliest morphologically detectable changes interface, suggest possess characteristics high affinity endothelial invade along preexisting blood vessels parenchymal infiltration.
