摘要: Purpose In recent years there has been an increase in the development of radioligands targeting 18-kDa translocator protein (TSPO). TSPO expression is well documented activated microglia and serves as a biomarker for imaging neuroinflammation. In addition, also reported to be overexpressed number cancer cell lines human tumours including glioma. Here we investigated use [18F]DPA-714, new positron emission tomography (PET) radioligand image glioma vivo.
