摘要: The glioma accounts for half of the central nervous tumors, among which glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is one most aggressive and lethal brain tumors. difficulties in therapy indicate need appropriate animal models preclinical studies. Benefiting from development molecular biology, genetics, transgenic technology, variable have been established. These human are reviewed this paper.
