摘要: Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was employed for the determination of 30 widely used pesticides including various transformation products and alkylphenols in water agricultural soils with aim assessing impact these compounds underlying aquifer. The extraction, clean-up, analytical procedures were optimized both soil samples to provide a highly robust method capable determining target analytes at ppb–ppt level high precision. For samples, different solid-phase extraction cartridges conditions optimized; similarly, pressurized liquid tested interference-free extracts sensitivity. Instrumental LODs 3–4 pg obtained. multi-residue applied analysis groundwaters from Ebro river basin (NE Spain). Most ubiquitous herbicides detected triazines but some acetanilides organophosphorus also found; pesticide additive tributylphosphate found all samples. Levels varied between 0.57 5.37 μg/L groundwater, whereas nonylphenol sole compound soil. Alkylphenols are as adjuvants formulations present sludges fertilizers. Occurrence be similar other environmental studies.
