摘要: Ginger (Zingiber officinale) headspace has been extracted using a novel polyaniline–nylon-6 (PANI–N6) nanocomposite fabricated by electrospinning. GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry) and chemometrics have used to identify the components of fragrance. Chemometric resolution techniques were utilized improve resolution, qualitative quantitative determination co-eluted compounds in GC-MS. In this way, chromatographic problems such as baseline/background contribution, low S/N peaks co-elution occurring during analysis solved. Moreover, principal component was determine hidden structures those volatiles which most differentiated between fragrance essential oil ginger. The results show that ginger are different enough terms chemical composition put them into two distinct classes 17 account for variation. Among 62 identified fragrance, α-phellandrene (18.14%), α-zingiberene (16.45%), (E,E)-α-farnesene (7.21%), camphene (5.47%) geranial (4.38%) major components. proved present procedure may be useful comprehensive complex natural aromas
