摘要: Background—Elevated plasma homocysteine is a risk factor for arteriosclerosis, but cause-and-effect relationship remains to be fully established. Endothelial dysfunction, an early event in the atherogenic process, has been shown associated with hyperhomocysteinemia experimental and human studies.
