摘要: The results of prenatal diagnosis fetal rubella infection by specific IgM antibody detection in blood obtained the 21st to 23rd weeks pregnancy women with different types problems during (categorised four groups) showed that 28 31 cases apparently assisted correct management pregnancy. However, two negative findings blood, children embryopathy were born, and one case positive findings, child was infected but healthy. From this experience we recommend all symptomatic first 12 weeks, termination should be considered without diagnosis. Prenatal diagnosis, if at all, limited "symptomless" acute reinfection 12th 17th
