摘要: High dense Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 ceramics with Al2O3 additives have been prepared by a method combined the sol–gel process and solid state reaction. Phase compositions, microstructure dielectric behaviors are investigated systematically. Our experiment results reveal that reduce constant slightly increase breakdown strength greatly due to refined formation of second phases. The estimated energy density optimized is improved 1.5 times as compared pure ceramics.
