摘要: SummaryAcetaldehyde (AA) vapour or anaerobic conditions (99% CO2 98% N2) were applied for 24 h to fruits of orange cvs Shamouti and Valencia, prior storage. In ‘Shamouti’ oranges early in the harvesting season, AA caused yellowing peel. AA-treated respired faster than non-treated fruit during treatment period thereafter. Some concentrations reduced acidity, probably because higher respiration rates treatment. Application ‘Valencia’ increased production endogenous AA, ethanol limonene. storage their resulting sugar/acid ratio. The lower level acid was maintained a 16 weeks at 6°C. CO2-pretreated produced more N2-pretreated control ones.
