摘要: The rising incidence of unresectable hepatocellular malignancies remains a therapeutic challenge. Little is known about the mechanisms angiogenesis and immunological aspects liver tumor vessels. aim this study was to investigate hepatic microcirculation leukocyte-endothelium interaction by means intravital microscopy in rat model carcinoma. Off-line analysis showed that angioarchitecture as well blood flow velocity cancer heterogeneous. significantly reduced compared normal tissue. data suggest main mechanism expression adhesion molecules demonstrating an effective immune escape tumor. represents useful experimental tool explore inhibition or strategies cancer.
