摘要: Lipopolysaccharides also called endotoxins are an integral component of the outer membrane Gram-negative bacteria. When released from bacterial surface, they interact with a host immune system, triggering excessive inflammatory response. Lipid A is biologically most active part endotoxin, and its activity modulated by quantity, quality arrangement fatty acids. Desulfovibrio desulfuricans sulfate-reducing, bacterium that supposed to be opportunistic pathogens humans animals. In present study, chemical composition lipid various strains D. was analyzed gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. It found acid contains dodecanoic, tetradecanoic, 3-hydroxytetradecanoic hexadecanoic acids, carbohydrate core composed glucosamine. The analysis 3-acyloxyacyl residue revealed presence amide-bound 3-(dodecanoyloxy)tetradecanoic 3-(hexadecanoyloxy)tetradecanoic acids ester-bound 3-(tetradecanoyloxy)tetradecanoic acid. concluded both profiles studied bacteria were similar those E. coli S.enterica.
