摘要: In this article, plain woven, rib knitted and sequentially stacked knitted/plain flax fabric reinforced epoxy composites are investigated for their flexural impact properties. The effect of lay-up angle the number preform layers on above-mentioned properties also studied. composite laminates were processed by hand technique using 2 4 mm thick spacers cured under pressure 3 bar 2 h at 50°C, followed curing in an oven 120°C 1 h. Specimen preparation testing carried out as per ASTM standards. results indicate that woven perform better both all angles thicknesses study.
