摘要: Embodiments of systems and techniques for identifying coverage holes in a radio access technology (RAT) are described. In some embodiments, network management (NM) apparatus may receive first report, including one or more measurements taken by user equipment (UE), response to an event related handover the UE between second RAT different from RAT. The NM report third identify hole area based at least part on reports. Other embodiments be described claimed.
