摘要: Introduction and aim Scintigraphic imaging of infection inflammation with 67Ga-citrate is an established powerful diagnostic tool in the management patients infectious or inflammatory diseases. 68Ga a short-lived positron-emitting radionuclide (half-life 67.6 min, positron energy 2.92 MeV), which allows better qualities than 67Ga using high spatial resolution quantitative features PET. The this study was to develop method synthesis for citrate reproducible radiochemical yield commercial 68Ga-labelling module. resultant would be suitable use detection diseases routine clinical practice. Methods A simplified producing described. Radiochemical purity, pyrogen testing were performed as per standard protocols. Results After performing 10 syntheses citrate, 64.1±6.0% (mean±standard deviation) average activity 971.2±103.4 MBq available labelling. purity determined by instant thin-layer chromatography-silica gel higher 98%. All synthesized products found sterile pyrogen-free. In study, quality control step provided good results. This worth noting, especially view stringent new rules adopted most European countries in-house manufacturing practice (GMP) radiopharmaceuticals. Conclusion showed that reliable production used qualitative
