摘要: Substantial energy, water, and solid waste savings can be achieved by user behavior detection consumption patterns. This empirical research proposes a systematic framework with the adoption of mixed methods approach. Qualitative data is based on Theory Planned Behavior model (TPB), which analyses personal situational variables detecting awareness building occupant, as first objective. aims to provide new management promote positive sustainable shift. A survey was conducted an "ultimate status" behavior. The method considered most adequate for due direct contact preferences habits. Inclusion criteria focused men women FTW (full time workers) in super-tall building. Finally, results were computed, measured, analyzed Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS). findings demonstrate type frecuency plugging appliances, water above baselines levels, generated building, enviornmental user. Moreover it possible understand rank user's behaviors, preferences, that could modify consumption. Under conclusion section proposed potential strategies developed further pilot projects buildings.
