Association between HLA and Japanese patients with rheumatoid arthritis

摘要: Abstract Japanese patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were observed to have a statistical association HLA-DR4, MT3. Strong between the clinical severity of RA and HLA was also observed. Male had stronger than female patients. Males are more resistant females. This suggested that threshold liability for is higher in males systemic vasculitis negative HLA-Bw44 antilymphocytotoxic autoantibody, indicating vasculities different etiology from without vasculities.
